Great2012
Great2012: the decline of america would have been more faster at the hand of maccain and sarah palin and now mitt is losing the election because his prime ime for politcs was for 19th not 21 century , but to the world obama is the most dangerous person , his way of looking things is just a killer to any one who dare with USA and we can see with the way he kill osama and also the way he keep the war mongering media but still he get time to put MMS in japan and also troops in australia

lavendar_star: lol you actually have a bit of a point with Obama (even though I wouldn't class him as the most dangerous person in the world), but personally I think any US president would be doing the same thing with the drone attacks etc. The hunt, capture or kill command was started with Bush Jr but at the same time I am not to troubled by loss or killing of terrorists personally I think the UK, Us and other ally troops should leave Iraq n Afghanistan. I mean things are not getting much better there and we cant say its to help the Afghan women as women in Saudi Arabia are not treated much better there but we are BFF with that nation first with Bush/Blair and now with Obama/Cameron so we are not bothered by the inequality and mistreatment of women there.

lori100: Veteranstoday------ Embassy Killings in Libya-- The Stench of Cia/Mossad----- That bombing was traced to the Mossad.

Investigations by me, published yesterday on Press TV’s website, cited “Reverand” and “Doctor” Terry Jones as the source of the videos cited for instigating violence across the Middle East.

Our investigation into Jones past showed him to be a trained CIA asset with direct ties to the Mossad. He served in Germany for years as an organizer for the CIA under the highly secret “Gladio” program until expelled by the German government. You can be a CIA agent, even a terrorist bomber but in Germany, if you buy a mail order PhD, it is a crime. “Dr.” Terry Jones would have been better off had he called himself “Agent” Terry Jones.

VT offers its heartfelt condolences to the family of Ambassador Stevens and the families of the other Americans lost in Libya.

Here is an MSNBC clip covering their “day late” discovery of Jones at the heart of what is a conspiracy, not only to cause unrest but as a cover for assassinations of US diplomats by highly trained special operations teams.
The network news has been told to find a way to blame “Al Qaeda” on the killings at the embassy in Libya. It has now become an accepted fact that the demonstrations were orchestrated to cover the murders.

lavendar_star: Oh my gosh the protests is spreading to the West in Australia and in the UK 2" the demonstrations have spread to Sydney, Australia. About 200 protesters clashed with riot police at the US Consulate in the city and Some 200 protesters gathered outside the US Embassy in London on Friday evening to express their fury over the film.. shocking

lavendar_star: I agree to a certain extent that the Islamic extremists are using the video for their own agenda defo and that some Muslim leaders do seem want a war and using this as a form of anti American/Western propaganda.

Oh gosh how the hell has the UK been dragged into this drama lol as well as Germany, "British, German and US embassies have been targeted today as protests against an anti-Islam film continued to spread." This out of control n reason.

lavendar_star: Yes true dave but I was saying to myself n friends at least the protests hasn't spread to the West but now it has, the scenes on the news in Australia are shocking. I know its only a small minority of muslims but still its not going to help some people to become more tolerant to the religion.

Coffrey: I don't think they want a "religious war" but I do think they have intense hatred for the west, especially the UK and US, not because we're free or Christian or whatever bullshit, but because we've been messing in their region for so many decades. Now that the controllable puppet regimes are starting to fall, the people feel they can actually express themselves for the first time in many decades, that's all this is. We need to take a fucking hint and get out of their affairs and let them dictate their own country, even if it's anti-American. Of course when they actually do something to us, we can have a proportional response, not an overreaction.

Great2012: Modernity requires the willingness to be offended. And as anti-American violence across the Middle East and beyond shows, that willingness is something the Arab world, the heartland of Islam, still lacks.

Time and again in recent years, as the outside world has battered the walls of Muslim lands and as Muslims have left their places of birth in search of greater opportunities in the Western world, modernity with its sometimes distasteful but ultimately benign criticism of Islam has sparked fatal protests. To understand why violence keeps erupting and to seek to prevent it, we must discern what fuels this sense of grievance. I am just asking ?

lavendar_star: um the killings happen in Libya so people would be prosecuted there I would think!!

Yes your right great n I did allude to that n same could be said for the air-strikes previously in Libya etc, sad. I guessing warfare is not exact science far from it but defo more needs to be done to protect innocent people i.e. as coffrey said for the allies to withdraw our military from that region altogether.

We should put it in perspective that its not the majority of Muslims protesting in the Islamic world n in the West and some dont take their Koran so literally. As for question great i am not to sure what can be done personally the fanatical n conservative element are probably beyond reason n rational when it comes to their religion all I know is that we in the West shouldn't cowtow or bend to the will to not be critical or even satirise Islam like people have with Christianity. As I mentioned in the other thread some Islamic schools are backed n financed by the very conservative Saudis which does not help at all.

As long it's outside American borders its still good, but sooner or later these so called religious fanatics will be knocking at your door steps again, and this time around its not gonna be pretty,it might come sooner them Americans realize.
