(Page 2) doosy: hello everyone This topic attracted me so I'm gonna join u but before i discuss the topic i'd like to mention something, one of the guyz above said: i believe in equality between men and women. So i just wanna say that men and women r different somehow otherwise we would not have two categories. So how can you ask for equality between two different things, as far as i know is that "equality" is between two similar things, and it is not fair for men and for women to equal them because they are created differently. I mean In one sense, equality between men and women is possible and reasonable because they are both human, with similar souls, brains, hearts, lungs, limbs, etc. In another sense, equality between men and women is impossible and an absurdity due to their natural differences in physical, mental, emotional and psychological qualities, inclinations and abilities. If total equality between all members of the same gender is impossible due to natural differences in strengths and other qualities, regardless of whether the gender is masculine or feminine, then it is definitely impossible between the two genders. * but when it comes to Salaries, It is so different in my country than yours << actually I love it LOL cuz men in my country r responsible for all the financial stuff, they do all the paying >> check out this video >>> that's all what i wanted to say, and hope my English helped me to give you what i meant exactly cuz sometimes it gives the opposite have a good day <3  (Post deleted by staff )  briankeplar: really? women have come a long way in the US. There is a large section of the feminist movement who "want it all" These ballbusters as I call them do come out with the most vicious rhetoric against men. This is so counterproductive as it turns reasonable people against the whole feminist movement. I suspect these women are failing in their careers/ lives and looking for someone to blame when they should be taking responsibility for their own actions. Women's rights have come a long way in the last century to the point where women have all the rights and men none it seems. Look at family law, today the wife gets everything; kids, home, car, business PLUS a large percentage of the husbands future earnings, meanwhile having the power to prevent his contact with his kids. In employment law most govt depts are required to maintain a balance of the sexes and to do so, many positions are reserved for women, including senior positions. Personally however, as an employer I would not hire a woman because every time she took a year off to have a baby, I would be required to backpay her that year's salary and my business would be bankrupted in no time. When it comes to family violence you may be surprised to know that female offenders outnumber male by 6 to 1. Those are UN WHO figures. And yet all the emphasis is on protecting women from men's violence. The unfortunate victims of this violence are often the kids. Who will protect kids from their mothers? Men are evolutionally programmed to nurture and protect their families. We have different roles in life and the family (and thank God for that!) Eric_Le_Rouge: School is made for peoples capable to sit for hours and listening to teachers, Boys, do run, climb, jump, fight, is very active school is not much made for active people. Woman get pregnant not man the nature makes it that way, so because you are a mother you will have almost 2 years off work, and beeing paid. Im a father of 4 kids, I didnt leave my job for 2 years and still beeing paid and getting my job back afterward. Its not Sexism, its simple cause.
