Some day I might go to Heaven
All my friends wait there for me
I'll meet the father and his son
Heavens the place I want to be

Maybe I'll need a ticket to ride
I paid in full for each hidden sin
And I have nothing else to hide
But will they let this bad boy in

There are holes in Heavens floor
And you can see the earth below
Golden clouds open up their door
Then angels sing in the afterglow

I wanna go to Heaven some day
Then bask in the glory up above
I'll kneel on my knees and pray
Living eternally in his pure love

Those pearly gates open for me
There's no need to compromise
Everything will be okay you see
