The pyramids of Egypt (Page 5) LiptonCambell: According to the European Association of Archaeologists, the idea that the Bosnian Pyramids were man-made; "This scheme is a cruel hoax on an unsuspecting public and has no place in the world of genuine science." I think that's pretty clear on the subject... LiptonCambell: The idea that it constitutes an ancient artificial edifice was publicised by Bosnian author and metalworker Semir Osmanagić. His subsequent excavations at the site have uncovered what he claims to be a paved entrance plateau and tunnels, as well as stone blocks and ancient mortar which he has suggested once covered the structure. Osmanagić has claimed that the dig involved an international team of archaeologists from Australia, Austria, Ireland, Scotland and Slovenia.[6] However, many archaeologists he named have stated they had not agreed to participate and were never at the site.[7] The dig began in April 2006, and has involved reshaping the hill to make it look like a Mayan step pyramid. -Wikipedia Also, Wikipedia states that in an interview with Semir that he believes they were made between 12,000 and 6,000 BC- which would never add up to your claim of " at least 25,000 years" LiptonCambell: Yes Lori- it's a massive conspiracy, where one man is right and the entire industry is lying. LiptonCambell: Funny story- the time when these pyramids were made? Yea, they were still under a glacier... lori100: we don't know he lied because someone says he did, egyptian curators have aggressively denied the bosnian pyramids are real because they don't like that the largest bosnian pyramid is larger than the largest egyptian pyramid,------competition Corwin: I believe that when archeologists disagree on something it is customary for them to settle the argument with an arm-wrestling match, or rock-paper-scissors... falsifying evidence would be unthinkable to them. LiptonCambell: >>>we don't know he lied because someone says he did Uhhh...no- he said there was an international team, and cited names...when people looked these team members up, they weren't at all working with him, and were on the other side of the world.... He lied. >>>egyptian curators have aggressively denied the bosnian pyramids are real because they don't like that the largest bosnian pyramid is larger than the largest egyptian pyramid,------competition And what does this have to do with the European Association of Archaeologists? Wouldn't the EAA WANT to have the largest pyramids? (Edited by LiptonCambell) lori100: Secret Chamber Found Behind Great Pyramid Shafts www.pakalertpress.com A secret room or chamber has been reportedly discovered behind the 2nd sealed door inside the Southern shaft in the Queen’s chamber in the Great Pyramid. And there are ancient artifacts inside of it ……. It has been more than 10 years now and the question still remains unanswered as to what lies behi... Hyenablood: did you all know that the egyptian pyramids are a few miles from where they were originally built ? I hear it on the radio a few weeks ago. I think it's 10 or 15 miles south from where they started from. Strange huh ? LiptonCambell: I think you're talking about the Abu Simbel temples, which were moved in the 1960's because a dam endangered the ancient structures... Hyenablood: no no, no human 'moved' these building, the radio people were not specific about it, they just said that ( and I don't know what pyramids they were talking about ) but these are anchient pyramids, not temples. of course I did not look it up on google * maybe I should * but I'm sure they were telling the truth. Hyenablood: ok I just got back from googling, and all I found was BS stuff on crazy stuff. Oh yeah and it was 3 miles not the crazy numbers I was saying earlier. Again the radio people did not go into details on how they moved on their own with no help from anyone. My guess, and this is only a wild guess, is the shifting sands and winds, somehow moved one or more pyramids. But now that I think about it, wouldn't the whole thing just topple over if the base shifted a few degrees out of place ? wouldn't people see the lopsideness of it all ? hmmm, maybe the radio people were just throwing out BS, cuz now it doesn't make any sense how a very large trangle would 'move' without breaking itself up into pieces. duncan124: I've heard this story too, one of them that moved was a step pyramid but others have been moved also. Corwin: Me and a couple of buddies of mine got drunk one night and moved the pyramids... it seemed pretty funny to us at the time. LiptonCambell: Wait....how does anyone know they weren't moved by man? Or how do they know that they were moved at all? | Philosophy Chat Room 23 People Chatting Similar Conversations |
