Define a great life? Tink: I think I have the ideal life Simplicity for me equals a great life. To have the things I need to be comfortable, such as food and a home. To have the love of my family and friends. To be able to enjoy the simple things in life and be content with it. Life can't be any greater then that. LiptonCambell: Ideal? Having enough wealth so that I can pursue hobbies or interests with no real worries. Thats not to say I'm not content- but ideally, yes, I'd like to not have to worry about bills or work Tink: Worrying about the bills doesn't pay them Worry only causes wrinkles. Honestly, I needed to learn to live with less and guess what? I am just as happy now as when I brought home $60,000 a year. Actually, I think I am happier. I never really needed all that extra crap. Now I can take the time and enjoy what really matters in life. When you have more money, you spend more money and then you need to work harder to make more money to pay for all those things you never needed to begin with. Clevername123: My ideal life, besides the obvious of having basic needs/necessities covered, is one filled with love, service (me serving aka volunteering and helping), connecting with nature, travel and adventure. hitsugaya252: My life..well i'll be a man who is nothing but the dreams of everyone. A real hero and how i desire to bring harmony in this world Waverid3r: Then as long as your happy doing something every single day, and like doing it every single day, I wont knock that boat. I find that If you are happy going to work every day, and like your life all-round you have that. But hopefully your not doing something that erks people, or ruins someone elses day, thats not cool guy | Philosophy Chat Room 18 People Chatting Similar Conversations |
