calypso84: Well, I can only speak for myself. It is true, although I don't have a problem sleeping at night I have to get up at 5 am every day and I believe that by 9 am I have so much of thinking done as other people can't manage for the whole day It's not only thinking about your everyday life, but also staying in your inner world, daydreaming etc.
