Some people should never be parents

The things I witness in retail and tell my boss and security about. Kids left in hot cars neglected to a child in tears asking her dad not to force her to crawl on the floor. That guy really was having to much joy on his face over forcing his kid to crawl and cry.

Some people should never be parents but the system , laws to social services, to supposedly protect them is often messed up too. It is more what is worse for kids that deal with such bs.
