Yoga tularcitas: I'm a new mom ( 5 weeks) and would like to get back into yoga at some point. I've had some post partum bleeding issues as well as some depression. The bleeding is tapering off but I'm still having a bit of depression. I've been told the dolphin pose is an excellent pose for depression. I'll have to wait for the bleeding to stop before I do an inversion stretch. Have any of you tried any poses for depression and how were they for you?
