refurbwoodart: Sir lion the reason most people use assault weapons to hunt like a .308 is because the gas valve mechanism lessens the recoil and makes your shot more accurate. It's not always the case that they just want more bullets. The shot is actually more accurate and if you have to drag your deer back out if the woods to get him to the truck the polymers stock is light enough to lock your safety and throw it on your back so your not carrying a heavy wood stock on a long rifle while trying to drag the game out to load it up. I'm not saying everyone has them for that reason but it is one valid reason some do. It's easier to pack in and pack out.

refurbwoodart: Stanley that's repugnant the only assault rifle people can legally buy only fires one shot each time you pull the trigger. That's what being a semi automatic means. Pull the trigger one shot bang. It's not like the fully automatic firearms Obama gave to the cartel down in Chihuahua region of Mexico in the fast and furious scandal he got caught in. You know where the FBI agents got caught coming back into the US with the cocaine and meth that Obama traded the fully automatic M-16's for and then actually admitted that he made the deal. He claimed it was a trap to see where the rifles ended up. Guess what 32 have been recovered by US federal agents inside the US in the hands of gang members. But I guess that's ok as long as we make it illegal for anyone to have a gun legally huh.

Gigi_77: Why wouldn’t a woman feed her baby in public?? I’m not talking having her full breast out... that is not necessary.. a well placed baby blanket is everything. Ask yourself ... do you go eat in private?? Why should a mother with her baby have to hide.

hornchurchmale: mots pope are not bothered at all about a baby being breast fed. its more to do with social conversations mention of breasts being covered generally in public places ( beaches and nudist camps excepted) . probably more about old fashion ideas of being 'ladylike' and to stop men ogling etc . even defecting and urinating was once commonplace in UK with buckets and public 'troughs' provided for price of a 'penny'.hence spending a penny. today that practise is seen as very no no. so attitudes change. currently it is not expected to see a naked breast with baby suckling on it in public but most hotels. etc restaurants would provide a blanket or shawl if female has not one to hand to provide a degree of what is called 'modesty'. not that long ago for example men changing for swimming pool would all divest clothes and don swimsuits in a 'men only' area . same with females. these days that attitude has changed and we all expect own locker or changing room with at least a door. so modesty?privacy ? is allowed. nothing wrong with nature and feeding a baby but again nothing wrong with urinating or defacating as both nature at work. however it is all about social attitudes and rules of the time. today in Uk a man can be fined for urinating in public but in some islands in carribbean it is seen as normal and nobody bats an eyelid.

EaglesFlight: It is one of the most natural thing a woman can do for her child, in my opinion, and there is nothing we should do or say to make it anything more or less than what it is. Natural. That also goes for where she decides to do it. That should not be our (societies) choice.

hornchurchmale: on that basis of natural then we can all defecate and urinate when and where we want to as well. same a walking about naked .. all natural. as we were not born with clothes! society has rules in order to function alongside each other and for greater good of all. many whom do NOT want to follow rules ..end up in prison or have other issues. Breast feeding is of course natural but some societies would take huge offence .EG Islamic as they feel even seeing part of a females body is an offence to all. most adults brought up in free world are of course not so narrow minded. However like many things in life. One persons views cab conflict with another. Hence 'rules' are put in place. you may not like or agree with them but essentially they do enable far less conflict and issues than a free for all where views can cause offence. Society is always evolving though and what causes offence now may not in future. Same with old views such as slavery .servitude no longer seen as fit for purpose or correct. Royalty is dying out too as again is starting to be see as part of outdated history and no real place on a modern more equality based society.
