Comrade_: Congrats, hmm best to call her parents and your parents together and tell them that you are ready to take on your responsibility but you would like some advice.
If you can't do this then just remember to be there for the girl and help her out at nights, think from there you'd do okay. One thing to remember though, be your kids bestfriend and talk plenty to them even if they can't speak back, always maintain that.

yvonnechvz03: ok well once you bring them home the first few weeks it will be rough with trying to get used of there time to wake up and eat in the middle of the night. ex. my son woke up like clock work at 12 am 3 am and 6 am to eat and with every feeding I made sure his diaper was not soaked. U don't want to make their bottles to hot to test just shake a bit on your wrist if it is to hot for you its too hot for babies. work out a schedule that works for you guys. I know how you feel I was also 17 when I had my son who is 9 now, and if it wasn't for my mom helping on what I needed to do on small things I would been really lost. If you needed any help just ask.

kittyfriendly: Be the best father possible. Love your children and work hard to provide for them. Always be there to protect them. Do not plan to have any more children in the future so you can devote all your time and energy to the twins. Pray and do not give up. Also, try and get along with the mother. It is all about the children. You also my need help from your parents and her parents.

bahcatha returns: For those who say you are too young I was in the airborne infantry at 17 damn that was 35 years ago. time flies your babies will be adults before you know it, enjoy them while you can.

OrthCountry: My brother had his first child right when he turned 18. He now has two children (2 and 7 months) and he is loving happily married. Advice- always be there for your girlfriend/wife. Make sure that you put her and the kids first. Always be honest and never lie about anything.
