19 months and started out of control tantrums at bedtime

alittledifferent: any tips for getting him to bed/calm down??
I cant seem to keep a schedual because hes so out of control, so much energy. I try bath time, story time, i dont know what to do. im pulling my hair out.
it doesnt help his dad has no consistancy with him.
HELP!

Calgaryman1: i think the best way is waking him early every day for a week dont let him take any naps and put him to sleep at 8 pm do that for a week and he will be going to bed at 8 everyday good luck

djdan2: If anything like mine then expect bedtime to be around 10pm and he wanting to sleep in your bed. Good luck!
