The Parent Room (Page 2) h53deb: I've seen a room named Mothers and Sons.....anyone have a clue as to what goes on in there? You never know. Personally, I stay away from rooms my instincts tell me are questionable but seriously wireclub, what does it take to view these rooms and make sure they are "family friendly" as our (actually some) pictures are judged?  Stacey Innit: When it’s rooms opened by the wire account (users) it’s possible to bring the room down, Ratings changed, hosts but Parenting Room just runs itself and reporting falls on deaf ears! My opinion with evidence to back this, This Room is at highest risk to attract the scum yet as no safeguards at all! Have you guys who enjoy the Parent Room thought about making your own room with the same title and stop going into the sites created one? Leave that other one to die off. LoisS: Also...I dont think you will get anywhere with this. The site will not stop the pervs and the under age people or the pedos.(I guess you cant really stop the pervs but the other two should be non negotiable) We tried this about 10 yrs ago when they decided to allow 13yr olds on here. Yet, its considered a dating site now. Its creepy as hell and still boggles my mind why they would allow minors to mix in that way with adults. So...there are two reasons for that to be introduced to an all adult site.... There are always things that can be done, it takes a long time and would be so much quicker if those with the power just stepped up! LoisS: I figured if no one goes into the sites Parent chat and creates their own chat room that would make the other room pretty empty and the creeps would just have themselves to deal with and they could gross each other out instead of the regular chatters. It wont stop them but it could make your chatroom a little better and you can control who comes in there. Most of the those assholes are encouraged to be here and stay here. There is more going on with that then simple pigs in a chatroom. You wont stop it but maybe you can control it. Most of the "mods" they have now are absolutely unaware of the actual fuckery that goes on. The ones you notify about it have no clue what to do. Most of these "mods" are no kind of authority to have the position they're in. The others are there to check private profiles of the people they dont like. It's pretty ridiculous. Spend their own time, trying to make Wire a nicer place. I imagine they all would, in a heart beat suspend, or kick from this site, anyone who they even thought was up to nefarious activities, but have restrictions. Personally, my opinion is, if the average chatter didn't take up their time complaining about "petty he said she said" nonsense... It would free them up to look into more important things. I for one would prioritise anything to do with minors, and sorting it as a priority, than having to check an adults picture, that people would complain about for spiteful reasons, or some jokey through away comment.
