My daughter at age three was playing with children from other cultures. She didnt become aware that some may find it inappropriate until she was in third grade and a little boys mom wanted to meet before allowing her son to visit my home. I meet her and her husband and their other children. They were super nice. Then the mom said I wanted to meet you because your daughter is also friends with so and so and her father wont allow her to hang with my son or others like my son. I looked at her and I said Tete I see no reason for my child not to be friends with yours other the children. Here is how you know this course is nothing but a scheme. The course has no solution on how to fix the issues in the course. It is all about being told how bad white people are and how non racist people of color are while telling white children and adults they need to continue with the course refreshing the same things you never evolve or grow during the seminar. AtlDestroyerGoddess: In most teaching courses on diversity training you learn how to connect with a person from other cultures you are in the same room as them have conservations about what they feel are the problems they face and how can we as a community make things better. It is mostly listening and problem solving. Where as her course has no conversations with people of color and white people because they are segregated. She promotes segregation in school in the work place and in society. Lol but it is called the critical race theory and white fragility.
