RUBY: No "thread crapping"
- Please don't post replies that are unrelated to the topic also known as "thread crapping" as it can lead to conflict and is not permitted.
- "Forum 'thread crapping' will result in a 24 hour suspension." as mentioned by our site administrator. Topic: Off Topic

Threads should go under the right category
- All posts must go under the category they relate to
- "Off Topic" is a general category for threads that don't have a category
- Please do not post threads in "Off Topic" that have a category already
- Threads posted in the wrong categories are subject to being removed.

Thread cloning - Ask for the user's permission first
- If a topic has already been posted that you also want to post, please avoid reposting the same topic without contacting the person that posted it. Although there is no current rule on this, it's not condoned and may lead to disputes which is better to be avoided to prevent conflict. It's also just mean.
- We'd advise anyone in this situation to contact the thread poster and ask if they'd mind if you made a similar post to express your own opinions independently to their thread.

Reposting an article from another website or source
- When reposting an article from another site, you must disclose the source of the article, the author's name, and the date they posted the article. It is considered "plagarizing" to copy content without crediting the source which could get any website sued that doesn't do this. The source must be given.

Links to other sites
- Please don't post links to adult sites, advertisements, or other social networks.
- Please don't post links for filesharing services or unknown software vendors.
- Links for movies and TV go in the Movies or Entertainment categories.
- Links to politics, government, & news, go in the Politics category.
- Links to music or music videos go in the Music category.
- Links for religion go in the Religion category.

Thread removal
- Threads may be removed if they are in the wrong category, may be inappropriate to excessively controversial or disruptive, or go against the rules and policies of the forum or Wireclub itself. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Reporting forum posts
- Click report on the post you want to report (see "note" below)
- Contact a Ruby and send a message titled "Forum Post Report"
- Contact a moderator in case of an emergency if Ruby is unavailable

note: The forums are monitored at all times to ensure the posts are not violating forum rules or Wireclub's Terms of Service. When reporting posts, keep in mind that it may have already been reported or one we are currently reviewing. Please be patient as some threads may take time to be received / processed / reviewed / removed by the staff. We have procedures that we follow which can take a while and apologize for the delay.

Site Moderator / Admin notifications
A moderator or administrator can contact you regarding Forum Conduct at any time to notify you of anything that may be considered inappropriate to inform you of the issue and to advise you on how to resolve the issue. Violating any of the rules and guidelines established by Wireclub's Terms of Service may result in a user's account being temporarily suspended. Repeat offenses may result in a user's account being closed.

(The rules are subject to change as needed)
