Assassin...There are nicotine patches. I would think that if someone put a half dozen of those patches on, they may get what they are looking for. Not recommended.

I always thought 2nd hand smoke was bad health wise.

At some point in life , I feel that one experiences an Epiphany and discovers a sense of self.
i had already come to a full realization of "self", but saw it slip away, day by day as I coped with my situation. Hence , my use of the word, "rediscovered".

I expect that others might describe the same situation differently, but that is how best I know how to do it....I found myself again.

sweetness71: I picked a stop date and decreased the amount each day. It was very hard. I stopped because I knew it was the right thing to do plus I got tired of hearing "your a nurse and you smoke".
