Message to WIRECLUB MEMBERS!

Wonderful Wally: Wireclub gives everyone the ability to make rooms, choose their own mods, and make thier own rules. Meaning those room owners can kick you for any reason they feel like, and by entering the rooms you are taking that risk. You reporting a room because a room mod kicked you is trolling, as its not actually against the rules to kick you. Its at the discretion of the mods. If you do not like the room or its mods, you simply make your own room since wire gives everyone that right.

So before you decide to report every room that has ever kicked you

Wonderful Wally: Warrior mouse that still isnt relevant. The room owner sets the room rules period. If they are causing other problems that is a different matter. You cant report a moderator for simply kicking you from a room, even if you think it makes them a jerk.

Wonderful Wally: Southern that still is not relevant. IF you get kicked from a room its at the discretion of whoever is modding for that room. The fact you want to cry about it does not matter. As its not against the rules and its one of the privileges wire club gives us. Anyone can make thier own room, with thier own rules long as it dont violate site rules. If you dont like these rules GET THE HELL OFF OF WIRE!

I K R: If reporting amounts to trolling and trolling is against wireclubs rules,why are they facilitating the trolling by allowing them to report? Also you can not make up your own rules you can only add to the existing ones. And because that information was misleading I'm afraid I've no alternative other than to report this post. Wonderful Wally: Anyone can make a report IKR. You just click the report button. Its not like you can block people reporting things and I also alerted mods about this issue. This post is for all the people who are not smart enough to figure out how Wire works and so are reporting people because thier feelings are hurt. Also, no room owners making thier own rules, long as they are not breaking the wireclub rules. Sorry to tell you but the room owner runs the room, not any of us. So if they say for example "No one over 20 can enter" they can kick anyone over 20. Complaining that they kicked you is not something to REPORT ABOUT, it is THIER ROOM. Also your post is barely coherent. You should try to rewrite it.

Corwin: You mean "room hosts", not "Mods".

Mods, or "Moderators" are appointed members of the Wireclub Staff. We sometimes appoint a Room Host in Wireclub created rooms... but when a member creates their own room, they are the "Room Host" in that room and can appoint other Room Hosts (not Moderators ).

It causes confusion when people refer to Room Hosts as Moderators, as when complaints are made about them, it appears to reflect on the Staff here, when actually (as Dexter pointed out) a member-created room Room Host can pretty much run their room any damn way they see fit without accountability for their actions (as long as it stays within the boundaries of the TOS ).

Wonderful Wally: Ah, well yes, Sorry if that was not clear Corwin. I am not speaking about site moderators. I know site moderators have a set of rules they must follow to keep site in line. I did mean Room Hosts.

Wonderful Wally: @IKR this is how wireclub works so its accurate. Also a lot of people use the term "Room mod" vs "Site moderators". Even though the term "Room host" is the correct term. The fact I used the commonly used term though not entirely correct term, does not change the piont. Everyone on wire can make a room and choose who runs that room and people have to get over it. If they are not breaking wire terms, GET OVER IT AND MOVE ON, DONT MAKE FAKE REPORTS BECUASE SOMEONE KICKED YOU! Kicking someone out of a room is not against wireclub rules, even if you think they did it for a jerky reason.
