Michael Jackson Tour Promoters cleared of responsibility for his death.

chronology: Michael Jackson fans gathered outside the Los Angeles Courthouse gasped in shock today, and Jackson's mother walked in silence out of the Courthouse after the Jury dismissed a claim for damages of one Billion U.S. Dollars for the family. Jacksons family had claimed the damages against his former tour promoters saying they did not show due concern for the entertainers health and safety. The tour promoters defended themselves by saying, however sad Michaels death was, it was his responsibility not theirs.

Many Jackson fans still feel a heartless uncaring entertainment industry worked their fallen idol to death, driven by a cruel lust for wealth at any cost, even the death of their beloved Michael. Some in the entertainment business have suggested Michael did not need help from anyone in putting his life at risk as he was a fully fledged prescription drug user.
