It is a common shortened version of "Richard." Which is itself both a common boy's name, and rhyming slang for a "Turd" (Richard the Third - we Brits like our history).

Since turd is no more offensive than it's clinical name of "Excrement", I will not be removing my post - Admin's view on the matter may differ.

And the apology I just posted was sincere.

OCD_OCD: Initially everyone thought you and duncan were pranking us with your aliens and lizards and conspiracies. We all tried to find out is you were serious or merely trolling for a laugh.

We then figured that you were unstable and tried to ignore you, but when you bring your own special brand of delusions and smear it across threads where serious discussions occur, the it tends to cheese people off. I guess you can tell from my reaction to you when you rant about conspiracies under each and every topic, that you have gotten on my last nerve.
