I can not remember the last time I consumed meat that was not organic. It becomes a way of life and with time we can all improve our diets and hopefully our health. Nicotina2: Here too, David. I rarely eat meat now. Although I still love a good steak. Due to a change in packaging a local store had organic meat for 1/2 price. I splurged and bought a few. I think the cost was about $33.00 per kilogram when on sale. I did check the newly packaged items and the revised full price for a tenderloin steak was $89.99 per kilogram. I generally wait until the organic ground beef goes on sale. Bison is a good alternative. Bison raised in Canada are hormone free and it is not possible to factory farm Bison.
