I am racist? (Page 2) OCD_OCD: the author and location was posted in the original post.... the pendulun has swung as far the other way as it had during apartheid, it seems. I would hope that the government and its leaders in SA would realize the damage they are doing, but it seems like they are still in "punishment" mode. kritz0: Holy crap. Does everything have to be about you, Rabtard? Just because you are too damn lazy to read something doesn't 9 of 10 people.won't read it. Your opinions for damn sure do not account for that much influence kiddo. Bahaha. Anyways. I have had discussions of this nature before. Even wrote a paper on it in my first semester. If everyone wants to be equal, they need to get over themselves..... Not everyone is looking at only.your skin colour. I hate how some jobs and schools have some quota to meet when it comes to coloured people. Police enforcement jobs for example. They are trying now to not hire willing, able and qualified white males. Because there is a large population of them in those jobs. So me being untrained and definitely qualified would have a better chance at.getting the job just because.I am female and a visible minority. Tell me in what world that.is EQUAL? They do so many things to sidestep a "racist" title, even if they have a better candidate who just so happens to be white and a male.... Stewart75: Krutz0........... GeeeZZZZ chillax woman... k.............. we've done all that.................. ........... do you need further clarification Krutz0....?......... Stewart75: Rabbit's point is this.......... when posts become too long....... we don't read them........... I know I certainly don't............ and it appears he doesn't either...................... .......... so good points (such as Serabi's here).......... can get overlooked................ I agree with what Serabi said here (and so does Rabbit), and I read it because it wasn't too long a read............ though I have seen Serabi write pages and pages of stuff............... that'll never read........... and those points could be as equally good............ though I won't read, because they're too long............ I can't see anyone here disagreeing with Serabi's point....... she makes perfect sense (and appears to me as one very intelligent woman, which is why I have her on my list)........ and is certainly no racist in my book............ she's just saying it as she sees it............. and Stewart likes that............ I like Serabi............... Stewart75: "boring, and unhip"............... it's 2012 now old man....................... Read old Piggy's profile.... see his picture gallery........... all farm animals and cartoon characters............ though never no pictures of old man Caly.......... ............... and he says he's 33..... lolzzz............... show us a picture old man........... Tick tock.......................... Stewart75: Still waiting old man....... show your friends a picture old man............ ............. tick tock.................. OCD_OCD: S. Africa's first black dean teaches 'reconciliation over revenge' http://www.cnn.com/2012/05/14/world/africa/jonathan-jansen-south-africa/index.html Sounds like S. Africa needs more men like this. Serabi: Make no mistake, we have some wonderful 'black' people in the country. When you meet them, colour never even enters your mind. Most of my elocution clients are like that, most become friends before they leave for greener pastures. Abroad! Stewart75: OLDummy............ the whole site knows we have not............ ....... and we haven't seen one of you either OLDummy.......... good backup for each other, right............... Serabi: The way out of poverty is through learning and those basic values have carried with me throughout my leadership. Professor Jonathan Jansen | Off Topic Chat Room Similar Conversations |
