mcdaniel1970
mcdaniel1970: frank zappa, its no suprise to me he isnt listed he never gets appreciation.i can listen to any of the 72 cds by just him alone and hear actual diversity in style.even in just 1 album it would have more talent than all music put together that has ever been created ever.dont take my word for it judge for yourself, any album.try sheik yer bouti or strictly commertial both are a best of collections.hendrix borrowed his equipment in the early days.that was mentioned in one of his books(fyi)

bahcatha2: with all of the hard core screaming guitars that made the 70's music what it was all you can think of is michael jackson if you like the motown artists there are a truckload that were by far better than michael jackson in the 70's he was more in his prime in the 80's nevertheless black sabbath, zeppelin, deep purple the list goes on for miles and all were kick ass.

struanrobertson02: Favourite 70's band is King Crimson then Yes.
But I'll just link Yes stuff because King Crimson is hardly available on Youtube and where it is, isn't in good quality.

That being said:

struanrobertson02: @DEEP.

Great, great choice! That album is kick ass, but of course because of the title track.
I'm not too familliar with ELP but this was where I started.

It has a military sound, that I think is cool. I don't get the album cover though lol.

R.I.P Keith Emerson.
