rjay4387: Tupac is the best rapper not only because of his remarkably intelligent lyrics but because of his emotion, his intelligence, his passion. He was a very contradictory figure being accused of violence in his words but ultimately wished for peace. So many of his songs were a direct influence of the social negligence going on in ghettos across america. "Dear Mama" "Changes""Keep Your Head Up". He took rap be the reins and lead it down a much more difficult path of respect towards women and peace among the black community. I only wish someone still focused on that today.

FearAndHunger: Immortal technique or Del the Funky homosapien. Both good rappers that don't have to sing through autotune and rap about the same generic bullshit to get radio play. Also Foreign Legion, they were a pretty awesome group.
