I am going to say that I was super critical Enough to rule this federation
I would change it to a defenderate which would overwrite there idea of not messing with lesser species to equating the divine spark of life as a High quality and as caretakers of the universe we have the responsibility to make sure species are protected from extinction and threats.. Making them a part of our alince and adding there advantages to our cause
and therefore try to share technology and as that gain respect to gain technologal technology as a sacrifice to us as we are protectors of the universe and a FORCE for Ascension..
We then construct with Solar Forges orbiting the star using mirror plates to focus light inside of a chamber to forge iron asteroids into steel spring seamless starships instead of hull plating its one solid ship with way higher durability even if its trilithuim forged this way

star ships are blade edge with saws all chainsaw blades of absurd speeds and laser cutters and sheidls that can fire globs of shields as an attack and also be a shield fire as shield blades and this would be the great white fleet against the forces of descension..

we would then have many allies and then be force full to equate the Romulans as an ally as a superior dominant force in the zone of this galaxy.. and also the cardasian would fall in line to our superior might and understand that being caretakes equates to far more power then the path of war as it equates to holy war as they are a force of decension and a threat and are forced not to be no longer a threat or a force of descent.. furthermore I design shuttle sized weapons in mass.. called blade weapons which are pioloted by people in the starship by remote.. shieldfire and bladed with the same as the ships... they are quite literally a force to belittle the dominion to dust.. Orbital manless shields and blade weapons.. and also empty ships.. pioloted by a second and 3erd bridge on the captle ship which is utmost protected.. one flagship piolots itself.. and a fleet of 6 other ships and manages the ai of blade weapons and orbital shields.. the dominion fall quickly to the wrath of the human defenderate and bow to us in defeat as blade weapons carve through there shields and hulls.. and ships in critical situations just ram hulls with blades. into there bladeless plated ships vrs our bladed seamless ships made of one solid peace of alloy from that age.. shaped in to pearcing things with drips.. and even the saws all blades shoot from the hull as blade weapons with a few phaser blasts and a couple of photon torpidos quickly armed by the ship just before launch..

I can pull of bs long ranged attacks ware they waist energy manuvering to avoid weapons fire that never comes.. waisting there energy as an attack of entropy.. from systems far away.. by warp 5 class torpedo.. warp 5 torpedos owns fleets to dust.. anything of the enemy does not even face our fleets anymore just warp supported weapons fire..
