Name and Review the Last Movie U Saw Sc0useR: What was it called, who was in it? And a lil about it !!! But don't go spoiling it for the next guy...... I watched a Mark Wahlberg film called The Happening on Friday, meant to be a horror but twas more like a B Grade comedy Some weird wind sweeps thru massess of people and makes em commit suicide lumu81: Zach and Miri make a porno. It has Seth Rogan in it. Its about well making a porno so they can pay bills. Guys will love it! I loved it cause I like all Seth rogan comedies. SO if u like that humour, u'll be set The ending fell a little flat, but the rest of the movie makes up it for it. I'd give it a 7/10. (lol I have been watching the movie show too much) GeLi58: I saw the movie 'private valentine'. This movie is comedic. I like this movie style. I advice u to see it. julia_m: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, it had Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. Basically a man was growing younger instead of older, i totally recommend this movie, great love story! Shade: The Benjiman Button movie is on my all time favs list. Very great subject and when I saw it, people left out the theatre crying. Sadly for me, the last movie I saw was Street Fighter Legend of Chung Li. I really want my money back, people please dont go see this. Go to Blockbuster and rent the 90s version in stead. hfsquarehead: I watched the Wicker Man ( the new one ) with Nicholas Cage I was pretty good at least they didn't butcher it yea worth seeing xt3000: i watched Dont Mess With The Zohan, its funny the first twenty minutes however unlike most movies the climax was depleted and sadly predicatable. pokes fun at the middle eastern conflicts, trying desperatly to put heart into already rip-off of a movie. Nooblin: I just watched Hellboy, one and two. The story has nothing special, but the movie effects make me stunned, especial the second section. myADIDAS: i saw I Love You Man last night.. man oh man did i ever love that movie.. so so sooooo funny!! i think everyone should see it =)!! udderlymad: saw 12 rounds on the weekend, not bad but did find it to be a same ole same ole when it comes to movies like this......but i guess thats why they are movied as there is no way that things like that could happen in real life! VancouverSarah: The last movie I watched was a documentary called Super High Me. On the surface it's about a comedian who gets stoned, day in and day out, for 30 days, but really it is a cleverly disguised primer on states' rights and how the federal government is violating them. Hilarious and compelling, a must see. udderlymad: i finally watched the transformers movie on dvd! thought i had better watch it before the second one comes out here in new zealand. i really enjoyed it and thought the cgi was really great, as have seen some movies where it is so obvious and that is crap movie making! good work to them. an enjoyable movie according to me! VancouverSarah: The graphics in Transformers were mind-blowing. Every year it gets harder and harder to tell what is CG and what isn't. The best scene is totally them hiding in the backyard though. Cyberwaste: The last movie I watched was First Blood (the first Rambo movie). I've always thought it was an excellent film for those that don't nitpick over small things and just want some action. It's actually a good story and you find yourself empathising with John Rambo as he struggles to fit back into society after being through the hellish torment of a pow camp during his deployment in the Vietnam war. Action movies have declined since the mid '90s however with a reliance more on special effects and suave technologically savvy heroic figures taking priority over a compelling story or human character. Too often a movie is just about the explosions and not about what goes on inside the minds of the characters, their interractions with eachother and reactions to events. The basic storyline hasn't changed, just what the director chooses to emphasise has. Kalla: A Russian movie called "Day Watch" which is about life in post-apocalyptic Moscow and chronicles the ever constant battles between the Light Others and the Dark Others. I didn't see the original (and first) movie, so I was lost in this sequal and since I can't find the first movie of the trilogy anywhere, I can only give it a 5 of 10, although I thought the effects were pretty good. Psychosocial: Last night I watched The Descent. What can I say-brilliantly tense from start to finish.Nice! M'Lady Gege's Wings: In the Electric Mist...Tommy Lee Jones .... fabulous murder mystery completely enticing (rental) Night at the Museum 2 (theatre) good, not great, Hank Azaria is hilarious nooneperfect: "Valkyrie" What a great thriller it is,brilliant performance by all actors...... time 2 appreciate heroes, and take something good from it (Dang, why why in the world Hitler survived in the plot. mhm....) anyways must watch flick indyman500: Watched Gran Torina this week, amazing movie! Clint Eastwood did a great job with the storyline and really had a powerful message with the ending. Awesome! Avalon: i re-watched the extended versions of all 3 LOTR over the weekend and was blown away once again.....masterfully done abstrectchrist: lol nerd. Martyrs, f%x^#*z excellent French Horror, they actaully know what horror is even in it's most extreme forms. | Movies Chat Room Similar Conversations |
