[Opinions based on self-observation of my reactions this week to an adversely low blood sugar reactions]

Twice this week I went outside my usual routine to accomplish to important-to-me tasks.
The first one I had eaten two sandwiches and a smoothie, but had a preliminary task to do before leaving the house, then a longer than anticipated time for completing the primary task. That time it took used up the energy, which in my usual routine would've been enough: but for for this errand I was running on fumes as I delayed eating on my return home to correct a mistaken purchase-probably due to the onset of the beginnings of having a low-blood sugar.

The second time I recognized the similar sensations I had during the first event, but didn't delay eating for the sake of my regimen, but for grabbed a snack on the way home that mitigated the onset of another low-blood sugar event... Cont'd at the link below
