Has the health system improved in anyway in Australia ?

GeraldtheGnome: Recently the Australian Federal Government decided to make some changes to the health system to increase the amount of doctors that carry out bulk billing. I haven’t been to a doctor since the announcement so I do not know if it has made a significant difference, at least not yet. In fact I don’t know for sure if more doctors are now bulk billing. If a difference has been made and/or you know of any bulk billing doctors on Brisbane’s Northside then let me know.
