Sleep versus food versus fresh air Trail_7: If one were to do an order of operations on these 3 components what would be the most important? Or for example - if I am needing sleep but also needing food -not to the point of starvation and dying though, what would come first? If you are not sure you can still share your beliefs. (Edited by Trail_7) DIAMONDfire: When your sleep pattern goes, it's fairly serious. I say eat but getting into a rhythm could take years, even decades. Trail_7: Also I have measure of fresh air in my room of course - or else I would suffocate, but probably not as much as there is outside, especially taking a walk outside-breathing it in. Some weeks I get back on schedule with sleep - as in sleep at night, wake up in the day and then something happens and again it is offtrack and it is hard to sleep at night at a decent time when my body and mind is not tired enough. It is even easier to eat than to sleep. I also have a another sleeping post - I don't know if you saw it? | Health Chat Room Similar Conversations |
