Controlling pain without using drugs

MitchW632: I have terrible pain in feet and legs caused by two doctors maiming my feet 7 years ago and a spine twisted by arthritis common to the aging. I am 86

I am trying to control the pain now just by using will power. Drugs did not work for me.

I am curious what others have done using just will power to control pain.
