haroldg206: anything i can take for the immune system i will go beyond whatever the media is blabbing about but i just don't buy the concept that i should stay at home to save lives, getting out and experiencing the outdoors and actually breathing the air all around seems much healthier, sorry for your loss, stay healthy

going outdoors enjoying the fresh air and living normal healthy life keeps your immune system strengthened

Xrusaoros Pegasos: I did not know the video was removed. It talked about staying healthy to prevent or in the case of catching the China virus. I pasted the video description of what they talked about in the OP, all the info is there.

haroldg206: just found out that lime juice one cup per day is good for the immune system, i have lime juice with Echinacea tea and Zinc extra power
haroldg206: media is scaring everyone into thinking that the mask is necessary all the time, even walking outdoors, gotten so out of hand that it's required to wear any time someone walks into a business building retail place, i spent so much of the quarantine stay at home time doing my own research and homework about prevention remedies and supplements to take, i take them everyday, even with my morning coffee, so i can be awake and healthy, i have my echinacea, and turmeric teas with my coffee along with taking elderberry, probiotic, and garlic.
Peanut Brittle: Sounds good Harold thanks for sharing, I discovered clove tea, clove oil is good as an inflammatory and so is ginger, and yes I totally agree with you about the fear mongering, that only makes it worse
Masks are for sick people not well people
in Japan it's normal life for people to wear masks, that is if they have a bit of a sneeze, it's recommended for them to wear a mask if they've got to go to work, Japan's been doing it for years when the flu season comes around, that's how they stop other people from catching what you have, masks are for the sick not the well

haroldg206: i also take ginger as well, masks are definitely for the sick, to keep sickness from spreading, if one focused less energy on listening to the fear of the media and used the time to be proactive about doing research, the mind could be the most powerful instrument
