(edit: i really got hooked on the nos energy drink, but if you are trying to raise metabolism and burn fat while increasing muscle mass, my advice, from personal experience, is to avoid sugar like it's the black death.) apparently mtc oil? and the search results say.... "MCT OIL The medium chain triglycerides that make up MCT oil deliver energy straight to the muscles you'll work in the gym. Plus, because growing muscles increases metabolic rate—which means you're burning more calories—most lifters need to increase their daily calories, too. MCTs are an easy way to get more calories per day without feeling like you're force-feeding." never heard of this stuff, myself.. (if thats a thing they even do, trying hard to remember my biology class studies) | Health Chat Room Similar Conversations |
