haroldguillen: I have found that health is on ongoing process everyday, staying busy at work I have to make sure I can maintain positive health for all the work I have to do. I talk to a lot of people about health and different remedies, I get inspired to make improvements in my routine and exercise regimen as I can collaborate with them. I suffered a knee injury a couple of weeks ago and people suggested I get plenty of rest and keep the knee iced but that could only be part of it as I would need the ability to walk straight again, less limping as my muscles would start to weaken, had to build again. Working out slowly and progressively would be the best rehab for me even though there might be a little pain, I had to deal with it since I've been walking I think since my 1st birthday, had to find balance again, walk out the kinks and knots as it starts hurting less and less, I walk to the gym to go workout so I can have that much more of a workout and I do a little more with the legs and much with upper body strength, it's going good so far, time to go workout, I just got more inspired.

haroldguillen: Worked out today for the second time without the bandage wrapped around my knee, I took it slowly so not to rush through, feeling better each time. Now I've gotten use to walking a lot more, if I sit too long my legs will tend to cramp up. Constant movement keeps the circulation going, and if I want my pulse to stay involuntary, rest breaks can't be that long except when I sleep. Although medication can be useful, it should be limited for the last resort as natural exercise can be the best kind of rehab.

haroldguillen: had a pinched nerve in my leg almost three weeks ago, leg was going numb and I was limping, felt like I was stepping into quicksand and picking it up took so much strength, felt weak, was worried about diabetes or if it might be connected to my heart, but I had been eating healthy and lost some weight, so I saw a doctor, who told me it was a pinched and told me I had to stretch it more, gave me a guide on proper stretching exercises, taking the workouts slowly again as rehab.

haroldguillen: to make my coffee healthier, I've been mixing it with different flavors of tea, recently it's been green tea fused with blueberry, chai tea, and peach flavored tea, I've also been mixing my teas into my drinks, especially energy drinks, health accompanying energy.

haroldguillen: last coffee drink was with ginger peach tea and lemon flavored Echinacea tea, coffee seems easier to drink, and the green tea helps tone down the sugar in energy drinks, as I say: the heavier the sugar, the heavier the crash, same goes for coffee as the tea flavor compliments the natural taste of coffee with less sugar, I've also started using vapor rub on my back, as the menthol scent helps alleviate the pain in addition to applying it to neck and chest for cold symptoms

haroldguillen: when I go home from work at night it gets so tempting to notice all the fast food drive-thru s that are open 24 hrs, so easy to get some fast food rather than making my meal when I get home, plus the low cost of drive thru food and it's quick and easy, but the real cost comes when I eat it, the negative health related symptoms I feel, having eaten something that may have long term consequences to my health, and knowing I should have made my own healthy meal when coming home late. Starting to realize that it's better if I just make my own healthy meal with my own ingredients when coming home, especially if I have a limited time to digest the meal, no offense to any body working in the fast food industry, it's a personal choice I have to make if I need to keep myself internally healthy, I like to prepare noodles with tuna, tofu, vegetables, legumes, cashews, try to keep the late night dinner lite
