AretoNyx: Have pests every summer it seems to battle. Flies, ants, cockroaches, stink bugs, moths, and some other creepy crawlies. Not mice or rats yet. It is a battle.

WarriorMouse: Living in the suburbs rats are a huge problem. We spent literally a small fortune with professional exterminators here. Sealing, cleaning out, tree trimming, traps inside , bait traps outside and service calls. Finally eliminated the problem. Last place they were coming in was the sewer drain in the garage. Once all the places were sealed it's been no more inside. The exterminators sure earn their keep in this 'hood. As long as we keep the exterminator on contract they come and replace the poison blocks now in the outside bait traps. It's just part of the cost of living in the suburbs here.

Wish you all success. I almost moved out mice elf due to the rats but we persisted and nothing inside for years now.
And I am a sophisticated rodent so I never leave little calling cards
