XOSWEETPINKRAPTUREXO: I have a consultation on Thurs.Had anyone tried this diet with success before?Or no somebody that has done this diet with success? If i go ahead ill be investing six hundred dollars a month for four to twenty-three weeks to reach my ideal weight -_-

Serabi: The only way to lose weight is by eating less. Claims that you can only eat certain food groups together, cut certain groups out, etc. is a get-rich-quick for the architect of that diet.

I'll give you a fail-safe diet. Dish your food up in a plate. Share it in half and discard on of the halves. Eat slowly and enjoy your food.

The funny thing is, (for those who claim that they don't know why they are fat), you never see a fat Ethiopian. Short and simple.

XOSWEETPINKRAPTUREXO: lol, I know why ive gained weight.Ive fallen back into old habits again.I'm interested in ways to loose weight/body fat fast.Although, in a safe and healthy way if that's at all possible to do.Thanks.

XOSWEETPINKRAPTUREXO: Yes, I heard that as well.It's 600.00 for the year .I would go on the maintence plan after i met my goal.I wouldn't want to invest in all that money and just give into temptation and flush all my money down the drain.

Aura: eh, you should try everything you think is worth it. But if you are asking for my opinion, I think cooking lessons are a better and cheaper investment. And not the 'here is how you don't give yourself food poisoning' type of lessons, but the ones where they focus on healthy cooking.
