Raspbois: Just start exercising and try to eat more vegetables and fruits. You lose weight while still eating sweets
ayucupcake: i just waiting for fasting month to get loss weight..in tht month i was just eat in early morning just little bit not so much thn will not eating till afternoon i may calculate for the time its been almost 14-16hours no drinking n eating

XOSWEETPINKRAPTUREXO: So, no matter what..You have to fuel your body with the right balance of carbs, protein and fats.Good fats, that is.Excercise is great.Butt, you don't have to kill yourself in the gym with weights or cardio to achieve results.You do have to cut down on your portions and include lots of veggies, whole grains, protein and fruits.Also, i heard if you take 1tsp of natural honey in warm water with lemon before you have a meal in the morning your gut should shrink.Wait 1hr before a meal.Although,I have never tried this myself.You have to find exactly how many calories u need to fuel your body and do not go over that.Drink lots of water and green tea.Green tea boosts your metabalisim also, hot foods speed up your metabalism too.If you have a sensitive gut i wouldn't recommend that though.I can offer suggestions.Ive lost weight so many times.I'm not a professional but if u need motivation or support i can help since ive been there enough times.I am still in the process of loosing weight.Ive lost 80lbs=) the only excercise ive done is walking.You diet is key.80% is what you fuel your body.Take care.Hugs

bonomo: For me personally, all the diet fad crap is smoke and mirrors. The ONLY way I can lose weight is to decrease calorie intake and increase calorie burn. In other words, exercise more and eat less!
Wonderbunny: Cut out sugar. It's got no nutritional value and doesn't even fill you up. After you're used to unsweetened food you'll start to appreciate the natural sweetness of fruits etc. and you'll find sugary food too sweet. Promise.
