lummox: Get a government contract to supply mental health support, they give them out indiscriminately.

lummox: Just going by my own experiences, eg: waited a year to get counselling, first session focused on my low mood due to the death of my cat the previous day. Second session the guy opened with "So, how's your cat ?" ☹️, the student observing proceedings fell off the couch she was sitting on when i replied "still dead".
