6 Ingredients Or Less
seri8888: Coconut Yogurt
3kg or 114 ounce coconut Milk
2 Capsules probiotic
Mix those 2 ingredients and leave it for at least 24 hours
Cover the mixture with cheesecloth (or a very thin, clean dish towel - something that lets air in but keeps bugs out)
Let the yogurt activate for at least 24 hours and up to 48 hours in a warm place(75 degrees F / 23 C and above).
The longer it rests, the tangier the yogurt will become.
Tip: Dress yogurt up with some mixed berries and a touch of honey (optional)
use a wooden or plastic spoon to stir, not metal
2 large eggs
2 cups 250ml milk (skim, low fat or full fat)
2 1/4 cups white self raising flour
Whisk the eggs and milk together to combine. Add in the flour, and beat until the batter is smooth and lump free. Add in any option add-ins you like here.
Heat a nonstick pan over low-medium heat with cooking oil spray. Wipe over excess; pour about 1/3 cup of batter per pancake.
Cook pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface and the bases are golden brown. Flip and cook until golden; transfer to a warmed plate; repeat with remaining batter (spraying/greasing pan between ever second or third pancake if needed).
Serve immediately with yoghurt, ice cream, whipped cream, maple syrup, berries, or any other toppings you like.
seri8888: Stir-Fry Vegetables
2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
400g packet Fresh Stir-Fry mix vegetables
¾ cup oyster sauce
¾ cup roughly chopped coriander
Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add ¼ cup water and stir-fry until the vegetables are bright green and almost tender, (takes about 2 minutes). Add the oyster sauce and fresh coriander and toss. Serve immediately.
seri8888: Spicy vegetable & quinoa one-pot
4 tbsp vegetarian korma or Madras curry paste
750g frozen mixed vegetable
Simmer the sliced onion and the curry paste with a splash of water for 5 mins in a large saucepan, stirring from time to time. Heat the milk in a jug in the microwave.
Add the vegetables and quinoa, then stir in the milk. Bring to the boil, simmer gently for 10 mins until the quinoa is cooked. Check seasoning. Serve with warm naan bread
seri8888: Cauliflower Crust Pizza with BBQ Chicken
1 cauliflower pizza crust (see below)*
1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cilantro, torn
Mix the chicken and barbecue sauce, top the pizza with the chicken, mozzarella and red onion and bake until the cheese is bubbling, about 10-15 minutes.
*Cauliflower crust ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
1 teaspoon oregano or italian seasoning blend
salt and pepper to taste
Mince the cauliflower in a food processor, place it in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 8 minutes or until cooked.
Place the cauliflower in a tea towel and squeeze as much moisture out as you can.
Mix the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper, press the mixture onto a baking mat or parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 450F/230C oven until lightly golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Aaastral: Quick n Eazy Quiche
2 sheets puff pastry
2 rachers of bacon
mushrooms/capsicum/zucchini (basically whatever veg you want)
1. Preheat ur oven (whatever temp works for ya, 180-200 probs). Defrost ur puff pastry and press into a tin/oven safe dish of ur choosings.
2. Fry up ur onions and then add ya bacon and ya veggies. Cook till everything is soft (like stephens flacid penis).
3. If ur oven is hot enough, bake the puff pastry for 10 mins so you dont get a soggy bottom (like hammy).
4. Beat ur eggs (like ur beating ur wife) and add some salty pep peps. If your feeling fancy add a splash of cream.
5. Wack ya veggies n bacon on to the puff pastry and pour the eggs on top. Bake for like 20 mins or until the egg is harddddddddd.
6. Bite it you scum!

2 slices of white bread
Butter (use margarine and you're dead to me)
Shaved Ham off the bone
Tasty and parmesan Cheese
BBQ sauce and Salt n pepper
1. Heavily butter 1 side of each slice of bread
2. Heat pan on low heat and place 1 slice of bread Butter side down in the pan
3. Layer ingredients in this order - Sliced Tasty Cheese, thinly sliced onion, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper, Ham off the bone, Parmeson cheese, tasty cheese and then place other slice of bread on top.
4. Turn Sandwich over in pan once bottom slice of bread is golden and crispy
5. Remove from pan once both sides are Golden and Cripsy and slice down the middle, cheese should oooze out.
Repeat 4 times and eat them all with a 6 pack of VB. Yeah boi!
steamedhams: Slice of toast.
1 slice of bread
1 piece of butter
1 buttering knife
1 240V AC power point
Place plate and toaster onto solid surface, such as a kitchen bench.
Plug toaster power cable into power point.
Insert slice of bread into bread slice insert in toaster.
Pull down toasting handle on toaster to begin toasting.
Wait until bread pops up.
Remove bread from toaster.
Place bread onto plate.
Place butter onto knife.
Move butter knife in sweeping motions over bread.
Discard buttering knife.
Eat completed toast.

Red pepper (any colour you want who am I to dictate😂)
Crème fraise 200ml
Smoked salmon slices
Pasta (any kind you like - lasagna sheet probably won't work😂)
Cook the pasta to your desired firmness.(Al dente or limp on the plate....your choice!)
While the pasta is cooking.......
Small amount of oil in a pan - medium heat
Fry off onion
Add pepper....time cooking depends on how firm you want the pepper...1 -2 mins for me!!!
Stir in the crème fraise
Add the salmon and season with pepper(ahhh 6 ingredients...no pepper!!!)
Serve the salmon over your perfectly cooked pasta..and garnish with Love....as I've used all six ingredients.....so no garnish🤦♂️😂😂

*make sure your mug is big enough to fit all the ingredients about 400 - 500ml
Macaroni and Cheese
1/3 cup of pasta (using elbow pasta here or any small size pasta)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Put pasta into your mug. Add 1/2 cup of water to it. Microwave till pasta cook about 4 minutes. Stop at 2 minutes to stirs.
Stir in your milk and cheese, and microwave for a final 30-60 seconds. Stir very well to blend everything together into a creamy sauce
seri8888: Spinach and cheddar quiche
1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach thawed (no need to cook) or 1/2 cup packed fresh spinach cooked (frozen or fresh, drains as much liquid out as possible)
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Once you have your spinach prepped, just add it to a mug with an egg, shredded cheddar, milk, and salt and pepper. Beat thoroughly with a fork to mix well, cover with a paper towel, and microwave on high for 3 minutes (or until quiche is fully cooked).
1 slice white bread, torn into pieces
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ pound/about 113g ground beef
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Place the torn bread into a small bowl, and pour in the milk and Worcestershire sauce; set aside for a few minutes for the bread to absorb the liquid. Add the ground beef, green onion, seasoned salt, and pepper to the bread; mix well
Cook in the microwave until the meatloaf is firm and no longer pink in the center, 4 to 5 1/2 minutes.Allow to stand 2 minutes before serving.

1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix and whisk everything together.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until eggs are cooked through. Cooking time may depend on your microwave.
seri8888: Chicken noodle soup
1 cup chicken broth or water plus a chicken cube
½ cup shredded rotisserie or roasted chicken
¼ cup very thinly sliced carrots
¼ cup cooked small egg noodles
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon thinly sliced trimmed scallions the green parts and 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill or parsley)
Mix the broth, chicken, carrots, noodles, scallions, juice, salt, and pepper, and transfer to a 16-ounce mug.
If you do not have cooked noodles cook the noodles first according to the package instructions.
Cover the soup and microwave for about 7 minutes (you want to cook until the carrots are tender). Stir in the dill or parsley. Serve.

Chocolate Mug Cake
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon granulated sugar (you can add 1 tbsp. more if you like it a bit sweeter)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. milk
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon hazelnut chocolate spread or mini chocolate chips
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
Whisk in the milk and vegetable oil until all ingredients are combined and batter has no clumps.
Pour batter into a microwave-safe mug. You want enough head space for the cake to rise without pouring over.
Add hazelnut chocolate spread in the middle of the batter or mini chocolate chips. Just drop it in the middle.
Microwave mug cake for 70 seconds on high
*Please note that ALL microwaves are different (might take 90 seconds)
*You can omit the tablespoon of chocolate spread/ chips or use a different spread e.g.peanut butter
