ElectricPotato: umm yeah i like the creamy idea. I like to make cream of mushroom soup out of the can and make some garlic bread and dip the garlic bread in the soup. Garlic margarine/butter is the coolest thing you could ever make, just hope it keeps well in the fridge.

ladysonoma: Garlic roasted on a grill... Don't do anything to it, just put the little cloves on there until it's soft and YUM...

But yeah.... it's heavenly at first, not so heavenly when you're tasting it for like a day later... lol.

I just researched a pumpkin cauliflower recipe. I never heard of it, but it sounds/looks yummy!

piazzolla
piazzolla: I love it. I can't eat garlic very often because I work with people and etc.
When I make a rotissiere (not sure about spelling of this word, sorry)chicken, I poke holes in the chicke's skin with a knife and put small or cut in half garlic cloves underneath. It gives the chicken a very nice flavor while cooking. I also put my special sauce on the chicken skin before I put it in the oven.
I use garlic when I cook lamb or a vegetable stew too.

LookingSpecifically
LookingSpecifically: I like to mince some garlic, and mix it with olive oil and put in the fridge. It lasts some time, and I use in on the morning toast with some baby spinach and an egg- a healthy yet yummy way to start the day (as long as your'e not planning on opening your mouth that day)

AussieNerd
AussieNerd: I use garlic in many ways

1. Curry pastes [made from scratch] ... finely grating them works better than chopping or crushing them.

2. Roast garlic cloves (do not peel) .... when you roast your vegies, add a few garlic cloves. They will go soft. Cut open and use the soft paste as a sauce on your meat or vegies. Alternatively, mix crushed garlic, grated ginger and finely chopped chilli and sprinkle over vegies.

3. Roast garlic can also be mixed into mashed potatoes or a meat loaf

Remember, different types of garlic have different strengths of smell [and effect your breath differently]
