eoneleg75: Sure! I am able to wear only one shoe and use crutches. I wear a four-inch stiletto every day for work where I am very active and move around quite a bit. I also travel lot on business in one heel with no problems. I recently got my first platforms, seven-inch stiletto heel and a platform of about two inches and love it. Only problem for me is that I had to get longer crutches.
