Civil Rights and Human Rights AretoNyx: The way some seem confused of history, rights not being just for them , how rights in laws work, and what is nonfiction verses fantasy based on real things that happened I feel less surprised of every day. Though with how people however view such there will be prejudices , stereotypes, and misinformation it seems even with easily searchable internet school approved educational resources. One can always look up info in a library, and yes they still give out books during quarantine besides free to use apps that are accessible for many. Some may feel whatever ways politically or just because they appose rights of some, and care only for their own voices to pretend superiority just by birth. Any how I just seek the facts based in evidence and history of recorded sides. People have many different views about education and who can have it. Though as with this list between ideas and reality of history there is obviously still much more to learn for whole of humanity. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_e0DBcigH_-Nv0DlWZGqA6-4h2X7nNxp History of music on civil rights songs also. (Edited by AretoNyx) The giant midget: Civil rights and human rights are totally 2 different things.just like climate change and global warming. AretoNyx: There are many different rights and George Carlin says we have none. Also he is on the playlist too. Shrug The giant midget: Carling was absolutely correct with that one I never said that you said that they were the same either AretoNyx: I have a playlist of all sort of such on topic. Though only way to get to it is a direct link. Gun safety to baned books seem to trigger youtube to hide such topics they let others show fine as individual videos. I still do not get why some my playlists are difficult to see on my youtube channel. Any how issues of such are mostly opinion and many fight over the abstract to point of murder through out history. Nothing new about that. DIAMONDfire: i think human rights are also roman law and date back 1000 years. they were the first civil laws. so to my thinking the difficulty of establishing a pretext for them is high. civil rights are part of our established society. but actually tapping into them is the name of the game. roman law being the law of laws. AretoNyx: I can not believe it but so many think slavery / human trafficking no longer exists including in the US. Just because illegal does not make such disappear. Also legal ways such as forced child marriage to adult rapists by cults being legal even if such is illegal without marriage at times can be labeled ...though many do not realize this happens either regardless of who is in charge bipartisanly. It is more religious than political it seems based on explanations why such happens. Some religious leaders and people say forced slavery is good past and present. Romans did have slaves and not everyone could vote so kinda hypocritical. Technically the US was built on much if that democracy/ republic democracy...though amendments improve to make it so all can participate of adult age more. Humans... AretoNyx: Created? Not sure as things exist any how but humans have to say they do in evidence...but some denialist any how. So what do you mean? en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_human_rights en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_rights Also there is prehistory but no one recorded stuff so to guess is what most do with that. Some evidence of things but no details for sure. (Edited by AretoNyx) AretoNyx: Humans have individual power but are we talking philosophy, science, politics, or something else? Power is subjective like many things but still not sure what you are trying to say. DIAMONDfire: by virtue of a man's powers (ability) he possesses what he does. even though equal rights exist. (Edited by DIAMONDfire) AretoNyx: Going with a Remy song here on feels of equality for some hypocritical subjective any side and group... AretoNyx: Rights exist but not control. People do pecking orders and decide what they follow ...majority rules what that is often. Then when those gain power they decide ...it is not so black and white. However history can show much how humans have leaders religious to political...to anarchy war lords and fans of entertainment...psychology of conformity explains some on that. DIAMONDfire: i think Napoleon Bonaparte precipitated the new worlds philosophy it was all about dying but i am no expert. DIAMONDfire: there's a lot of gamesmanship in politics. how do you know they are for you? you've got to see it and feel it. AretoNyx: Politics in art , music, and so on...humans will make politics happen everywhere in variation pretending to agree or agreeing or disagreeing...you know the usual menus of whatever people call things labels and sports teams. | Education Chat Room Similar Conversations |
