Younger men aren't looking for a relationship with someone my age. They're just in it for the sex. Not to say that some older men aren't, but with older men (around my age) I have a better chance of a long term relationship.  flamingred: I am tired of plans, I am just going to go with the flow and if I am enjoying things great and if not I politely walk away candiceallen18: I dated an older man, eleven years older. I thought he was a man and not a boy like the last two I dated. But low and behold, he was immature in many ways. Got upset at me for the things I said, took them personally, got off on punishing me. I didn’t mind the punishment, he never hurt me, but now that I ended things, I see him for who he is. I overlooked many things with him. He was in prison when he was younger and I shouldn’t have stayed with him, knowing that. I believe he is married. Never took me out on a proper date, only places where he could screw me. Claimed he loved me. Boy was I naïve. He was my first in many things, though; first one who I ever had sex with, (was a virgin before him, lost it at 26) he helped me get over my bad past, he encouraged me that even though I’m a heavy woman, I’m beautiful. He helped me with my confidence. Older men seem to know what they want whereas most of the younger ones do not. I may be wrong but that’s how it was for me. But what I’ve learned from all of this is that I’m no longer innocent, believing in a fantasy anymore. I’m a good woman and I deserve a good man. I do believe there are good men left in the world but they are very hard to find. So sorry for the book. Lol.
