Tips for moving on from a cheating EX!

eckert926: Recently I left my ex because I caught her cheating for the last year. The other guy and myself had no idea about each other, until he found me on social media. I have been devastated and going through an absolute rollercoaster. I know i am a good guy with a good career and a good head on my shoulders, and I just don't know where it went wrong. we were together for 5 years and were engaged. I am really struggling with a fear of being alone i believe. Maybe I am wrong. But any advise from anyone on how to coupe with this overwhelming feeling would be great. Thank you in advance.
