Two Types of People Neanderthal Gangsta: QUESTION TO EVERYONE: There are two types of people. Which type do you prefer to be in a relationship with: 1. Passive-aggressive Or 2. Obsessive-compulsive? Mint Chip: i had to look up what passive aggressive actually means....and then i looked up obsessive compulsive It seems like obsessive compulsive behavior comes from fear, while passive aggressive behavior has more to do with hostility/insubordination. To an entirely simplified degree, i choose fear over anger. Id rather adjust my life to try to help someone alleviate a problem/fear (obsessive/compulsive) than risk becoming visibly angry/upset with someone that probably doesn't want to be around me (passive/agressive). Captain Canada: Morning wood????@Caly Isn't that Stiff Bacon in your case??? (Edited by Captain Canada) coooookies: I'd take OCD any day over someone is upset with you but doesn't have the balls to talk to you straight about it. Neanderthal Gangsta: cookies, just for reference, we're not talking about OCD. See Mint's comment on what Obsessive Compulsive is. Neanderthal Gangsta: cookies, me, too. I would rather be alone than to deal with someone passive-aggressive. I'm glad that's not my world. coooookies: OCD stands for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder... Anyway, I do have a passive aggressive person I deal with in the family. Just recently happened as well. They supposedly had issues with me and never talked to me about it, just blew up on Facebook. When I tried to approach them to discuss it and ask that they not insult me on social media again, they insulted me, blocked me and my husband and now will 'never talk to me again.' Ooooook then. | Dating Chat Room Similar Conversations |
