When nations use war, racism, sexism do businesses benefit

RoyalTruthJustice: When nations use war, racism, sexism to gain power, disproportionate wealth, do businesses in said regions benefit? Clearly, there is ample evidence that businesses do benefit. Thus, are such businesses following moral, ethical (and legal laws, particularly via international laws) or are they breaking such moral codes, ethical constructs/guidelines, international laws?
