johndeckelmann8: I have just released a book titled The Legends of Capia. My first attempt to write a fantasy/adventure series. I invite all of you to have a look. The book is available by name on most book sites with sample pages available. Thank you.

Angel M
Angel M: The Keeper, but I'm biased. I've done the Harry Potter, Hobbit, Twilight, The Warded Man. Tried the Immortal Instruments but couldn't get into it. Looking for something different now. Vampired out at the moment, but if someone comes up with a totally different take on them, I'm game.

DrDrifter
DrDrifter: I love big George R and all the Game of Thrones books so please don't get me wrong when I say this, but he is not the artist he says he is. If you want a writer who knows how to do the job artistically- by this I mean someone who has a real sensitivity to what good art actually is, and incorporates that sensitivity into his writing then read Guy Gavriel Kay. He's your man : )

ThirstyWater: A Canticle for Leibowitz by Walter M. Miller, Jr. is by far the best post-apocalyptic fantasy/sci fi novel I've ever read.

Angel M: The Warded Man by Peter V. Brett-love the series! Currently into Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of the Wind, and The Wise Man's Fear. Not of fan of the cliff hanger endings but the series really keeps my attention which is very hard to do. Kudos to both of these authors and keep the books coming!

DrDrifter: Such a pity he died that time Monkey. I didn't finish that Wheel Of Time series. Have read some of Sanderson's stuff since and while he's quite good for me he'll never be another RJ.
