The best of all Vampire novels!!! (Page 2) neon_jenn: Yes people who love laurell hamilon! Skin trade was my favourite from the Anita Blake series. Another vampire book that I enjoyed was Blood Oath by Christopher Farnsworth. I love how he refers to the vampire as "nightmare pet". I'm not giving anything away since it's written on the cover, it's about the president's vampire so this may or may not interest you. Of course Anne Rice is amazing, the books that got me into vampires. Those would have to be my favorites.  WolfDreams253: Well mostly everyone put in all the basic stuff....but here are a few with sum twists.....Sherrilyn kenyon's Dark-hunter series (dark-hunter.com is a good place to learn bout d series), Christine Feehan's Dark series, nd anytin by Amanda Ashley.... Just thought I put a few that hadnt been mentioned yet....  caramel lady: I agree with what people have already posted I loved Anne Rice books when I was younger but the original book Bram strokes' Dracula based on Romania Prince, brilliant written and has been the template of vampire genre every since, good read  UnicornedBeef: no one has ever read 'Salem's Lot by Stephen King? it is a great read and it is very similar to dracula but much more updated...i thoroughly enjoyed it JustCallmeShe: I'd say Anita Blake but I stopped reading it when her two lovers got too close 4 comfort.
