I’m more convinced than ever that temporal kinesiology has it all ass-backwards for the purpose of exercise.

Yes, the muscles are the proximal recipients and beneficiaries of the exertion, but the brain-during sleep-when it’s processing and rebooting itself is the greater, though indirect, beneficiary of the surge of oxygen replenishment from the exercise. The muscles still get their replenishment and refreshing during that somnolent period, also.

Your ambient dreams are the evidentiary, precipitated atmospherics of the brain having that reset flush of the ‘end-of-the-day’ work out (for also meditational reflection) during the reboot provided by the higher volume percentage of blood in your brain.
