maha64456: here is something funny and not harm
but could be scary for some if u want it to be

if u want a pop up message to be viewed by all or by someone
1. run> cmd

[means]
go to start, then run, click enter, then type cmd and
click ok

2. type net send * ur message

[means] type net send * hey, get back to work and then click ok

* means all computers in the network
or just type the name of a specific computer name in the domain
(show u later how to get that)

if it doesn't work check the following
1. cmd>services.Msc

2. check if messenger is enabled if not
right click on messenger, select properties...
change the 'startup type' to 'manual' and 'startup status'
to 'enabled'
3. try again sending ur message

P.S: if u can't open ur services.msc... then ur network administrator is a good one and she/he is really doing a good job blocking this service form ppl like u
