The thing that drives me nuts is when someone who has had the experience of being hated for who or what they are( pick the group), then turn around and do the same thing to another marginalized group. I respect anyone until they prove they don't deserve that respect. Diversity is awesome, it makes the world interesting. Pride in who you are is great, just don't use it to tear others down.
