hockeyphreak: **on april 15th, 2003, a dog ran out of its owner's house, only 2 get run over by a car. the officers tha arrived on the scene we concerned abt the dog n decided 2 end its pain, so they shot it in the head. the dog was then sealed in a bag and placed in a freezer in the animal shelter. 2 hrs later they found her alive n sittin upright
