classic rock 60s 70s 80s (Page 2) Mew_: Favorite song by The Grateful Dead! Here's a young Papa Garcia for you all! Don't think i was born yet but my mom is a Hippie what can i say.. I like this live version <3 Mew_: Here's a band that maybe you can remember...lol Rhinobucket.. they remind me of AC/DC and Buckcherry..lol kid_9: How come no one mentioned Guns N' Roses at all. They're bloody amazing and I personally don't think 80s rock suck. I mean every era has developed different genres of awesome music maybe except for trance. Personal favourites: Hendrix, Dire Straits, Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Guns' N Roses, Pink Floyd. WalterAnthos: Jim Morrison and his psychedelic rock musicians were so amazingly talented. (Edited by WalterAnthos) Gandhigirl: Mad Season with Layne Staley from Alice in Chains. Mad Season's album 'Above' is a masterpiece. River of Deceit, Long gone day and artificial red are my favorites, but the whole album rocks. Long gone day has a hint of smooth jazz to it. What talent !! Such a loss ! Miss you Layne🎶😢 crateum9: Hi, does anyone remember who the lyricist was or the name of a song popular in 1990's maybe 80's about a guy flying to Bermuda to see his gf? Words went like:"Takin' a jet ride to paradise to see my baby, stars so bright, jammi'n all night in Bermuda time".This was popular at time when Men At Work made Down Under.
